LCD Trackpad?

That’s right. You heard me. A trackpad with an LCD screen. So what am I talking about? Sharp’s Mebius netbook, of course! It is pretty cool. The trackpad has a resolution of 854 x 4850, and it has a bowling game, a calculator, and a paint program. The larger screen is 10.1 inches with a resolution of 1024 x 600. While it is cool, it is also pretty high priced for a netbook, at a rumored price of $817. Watch for its release in the future!

Ahh, it feels good to be writing on my blog again. I got a little caught up with work and a joint blog with rwblickhan at macvpc.wordpress.com. But I’m back. A concept is out about a chair that is made with keyboards [http://www.uberreview.com/2009/04/text-ile-chair-a-concept-made-of-keyboards.htm]. Although I think that it would be pretty darn comfortable, the article writer brings up a good point. Seeing how filthy a normal keyboard gets, how filthy do you think multiple keyboards that you sit on would get?

I think Safari is starting to lag in usage. After all, it doesn’t have any add-ons, themes, or cool functions built in, unlike Firefox, Flock, and Opera. I think Apple needs to think about these factors, or we might see Safari disappear altogether in the near future. What do you think?

Think about the title. Where have you heard that name before? Oh yeah! It’s the name of that company! [No more detail is necessary, right?] So I was thinking, with Apple adding an “i” to the beginning of a lot of the products they sell, I wouldn’t be too surprised if they partnered up with IZOD. To do what, you ask? To make clothes that play music! [As if the world doesn't have enough of those…] Why would they play music? I dunno. Why wouldn’t they? After all, the world is as random as worlds get these days, and iZod does rhyme with iPod!

Alright, I’m going to make a complaint about Apple. I currently own a Mac that runs 10.4 Tiger, and I like it. But when 10.5 Leopard came out, I wondered, shouldn’t they allow current Mac users running older versions of the system to upgrade to the newest system for free? I don’t like the idea of spending over $100 for something that I believe should be free for us current Mac users, and I’m sure that my current Mac is very capable of running Leopard. What are your thoughts on this?

What exactly distinguishes a federal law and a constitutional amendment? I’m a little baffled over this. How do our people in Congress decide whether outlawing red stop signs is a federal law or a constitutional amendment? Please leave a comment below if you think you have an idea.
